​'THE HERMIT'


Many decades ago award-winning animator, Tony White, was subject to much disruption in his sleeping patterns. For almost 3 months, his sleep was rudely interrupted by a stream of inspired words he would hear in his head in the very early hours of each morning. Tony learned that the only way to stop the words was to write them down on paper. Once the words had been written down, they would fade in his mind and Tony would be able to sleep again. Not sure what to do with the words when they eventually stopped, Tony filed them away, determined to do something with them one day when the time was right. However, due to a very busy and successful career, the right time never seemed to come. But now in his autumn years and with more time on his hands, Tony has not only decided to publish the words, but also to animate and illustrate them too.
